Please Note
The practice will be closed Thursday 11th September for staff training from 12:30pm and will reopen as usual on Friday 12th September. If you require assistance during this period and your query cannot wait until the practice reopens, please contact NHS 111. For urgent medical emergencies, please attend your nearest walk-in centre or Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
Prescot Medical Centre is housed in the Prescot Resource Centre. We are a training practice responsible for training GPs, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students. Our opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Telephone Repeat Prescription Information
We are no longer accepting repeat prescriptions over the telephone, there is a new prescription box in the foyer by the car park to put your requests. Please allow 48 hours for the surgery to process your prescription.
