Named Accountable GP for All Patients

As from the 1st of April 2015, GP practices are required to allocate a Named Accountable GP to all patients.  If you have not been allocated a named GP please contact the surgery, this will then be documented on your electronic records.

Having a Named Accountable GP does not prevent you from seeing other GP's at the practice.  Should you have a preference as to which doctor is your Named Accountable GP please speak to one of the reception team, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate this request.

Please be aware that your Named Accountable GP will not always be available and if your needs are urgent, you may wish to discuss them with a doctor in surgery that day.
